  • Bruce office hours:  M - F 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Important to know:  If you make a payment by automated phone line or online to have your power turned back on, please call to let us know payment has been made.

Tips to Remember

  1. Include your bill stub with your payment if you are paying by mail, at one of the offices or at a drive thru location. If you pay with a check, write your account number on your check.
  2. If you call the office for account information, have your account number available. Bring identification, such as a social security card and driver's license, when applying for service. If you don't have a driver's license, please bring a United States government issued photo identification card. Two forms of identification are necessary.
  3. Payments placed in the night deposit after 7:30 a.m. will not be posted until the following business day.
  4. Returned check Fee of $35.00  will be assessed against all returned checks.
  5. Customers with a history of returned checks will not be eligible to pay electric bill by check.
  6. All members are encouraged and expected to promptly pay their electric bills in order for Pontotoc Electric Power Association to meet financial obligations.
  7. If payment from member is not received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date, the bill will be considered past due and a delinquent charge of 5% shall be applied to member’s account.
  8. The member is responsible for payment of the member’s account regardless of whether the member received a bill or not. Pontotoc Electric Power Association is not responsible for bills, final notices or payments lost in the mail.
  9. If the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday that is observed by Pontotoc Electric Power Association, the next working day will be considered as a day of grace for delivery of payment.
  10. As a way of giving charitable assistance to PEPA Member / Customers who periodically need financial assistance in paying their electric bills, PEPA offers to our Member / Customers a program known as “Helping Hands.” Through this program, customers may voluntarily elect to contribute an amount to be added to their electric bill, which is typically $1.00 per month.
